Eligibility window

Items may be returned within fourteen calendar days of the delivery scan shown on the carrier record, unless a written invoice specifies a different term for a bulk arrangement.

Condition requirements

Returns should include original packaging when reasonable and show no damage beyond ordinary inspection. Items with heavy wear may be declined or only partially credited after review.

Start every claim through the contact page email so we can reference your original message thread. Include photos of the issue when they help describe the concern.

Refund method

Approved refunds go back to the same payment path when the processor permits; otherwise we will suggest an alternative that complies with bookkeeping rules.

Shipping costs

Buyers cover return shipping unless the mistake originated with our shipment. Keep tracking numbers until the return closes.

Non-returnable items

Custom-printed materials produced to unique text supplied by the buyer may not be returnable once printing begins. We will flag those cases before payment.
